HOW TO GET TO the NUTRITIONAL OPTOMETRY ASSOCIATES

FROM MANHATTAN: "A drive into the country"

A Via LINCOLN TUNNEL & I.S. 495 TO NJ ROUTE 3.

• *NJ Route 3 to US 46 West. Route 3 merges into US 46W.
• *Follow US 46 West past Willowbrook Mall (Wayne, NJ)
• *Turn RIGHT at 5th traffic-signal light onto NORTH BEVERWYCK ROAD.
• **Follow North Beverwyck Road exactly one mile to the office. Check your mileage. The 1st mile is all residential. Suddenly, AT ALMOST ONE MILE, there are shopping/dining malls on both sides. The Institute is on the right at #16 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha, 3-doors beyond the Grand Unionıs plaza, and next door to the ³Taste of Europe² gourmet foods, but set back 130 feet from the road in a white frame building. LOOK FOR RED ROCKS, WHITE TREE TRUNKS, & OUR SHINGLE AS IN PHOTO AT RIGHT, same address as Valhalla Records. (Our planned new building will be closer to Beverwyck Rd and is expected to triple our space and enhance our capabilities. )

B. Via GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE & I.S. 95 TO I.S. ROUTE 80:

• *Interstate Route 80 West to exit for "US 46 West" at EXIT #47, "Exit for Parsippany-Troy Hills."
• *Exit ramp merges into US 46 West. Follow Route 46 less than a mile to the Beverwyck Road traffic signal light.
• *RIGHT turn onto North Beverwyck. Continue for exactly one mile as described above [at **] to the office, on the right.

C. Via HOLLAND TUNNEL Highway to NJ 7 & I.S. ROUTE 280:

• *Connect with NJ Route 7 via down ramp at Jersey City almost at start of Pulaski Skyway, continuing to ³Newark Pike² to Interstate 280, at NJ Turnpike. Follow IS 280 West through Harrison and the Oranges.
• *Continue on Interstate 280 West to EXIT #1, {EDWARDS RD/NEW ROAD}.
• *RIGHT at exit onto connector road [New Road]. Follow signs on New Road to US 46 West.
• *Turn LEFT onto US 46 West at the New Road traffic light.
• *Follow US 46 to 2nd traffic light [Beverwyck Road].
• *Turn RIGHT onto NORTH BEVERWYCK ROAD. Continue exactly one mile as described above [at ** in "A"] to the office, on the right.

D. From NEWARK AIRPORT:

• *Limousine direct OR I.S. 78 West to new NJ Route 24 Expressway West to I.S. 287 North to Interstate 287 Exit 41A to I.S. 80 East to next exit, Interstate 80 Eastbound Exit 45. Turn left on Beverwyck Road. The next corner and traffic signal is at U.S. 46. Continue north on North Beverwyck Road one mile as in A**.

E. From the West:

• *I.S. 80 Eastbound to Exit 45 for ³Lake Hiawatha.² Left on Beverwyck Road one block to US 46 (parallel to IS 80). Continue northbound on Beverwyck Road to exactly one mile north of US 46 as in A**.

F. From the North or South:

• *I.S. 287 Southbound or Northbound to Exit 41 for I.S. 80 Eastbound, thence to the next exit on I.S. 80, Exit #45, ³Lake Hiawatha² exit at Beverwyck Road. Left on Beverwyck, then 1.0 mile north of US 46 on right as in A**. (Otherwise follow alternate scenic shortcut from the north via I.S. 287 Exit 45 as in new patient letter.)

• *LAKELAND BUS, air-conditioned bus direct to Parsippany, North Beverwyck Road, approximately every 30 minutes from Gate 405. [Only the 5:35 PM bus stops right at our shingle at 16 North Beverwyck Road, Lake Hiawatha.] Some patients elect to walk North on North Beverwyck Road. Continue exactly one mile as described above [at ** in "A"] to the office, on the right.
